The Flaccid Bend penis enlargement exercise is considered one of the primary girth exercises for a thick penis. While pulling with one hand, the shaft is bend over the fingers of the other hand. The bend is repeated in four directions; down, left, up and right.

Tutorial
Bring penis to the suggested erection level.
Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached.
Place two fingers of the second hand underneath the stretched penis.
While stretching, bend the penis over of the fingers of second hand. Hold for the suggested rep time.
Repeat from Step 3, but place fingers to the right of shaft for right bend, above shaft for upward bend, and to the left for left bend.
Between sets, change the position and number of fingers (two to four) placed next to shaft. Alternate hands between sets.
