With the dominant hand (writing hand), grip base of penis with standard OK-grip as close to pubic bone as possible.
Make small circular movements with wrist causing the penis to swing around in circles.
Gradually increase rotation speed until making about 5 big rotations per second.
Continue for the duration of the exercise. Change direction between reps.
