The Hot Kegel Stretch for penis lengthening is a combination of penis enlargement exercises; Basic Stretch, Kegel Clench, and a Hot Wrap. While pulling forward, the tension is increased with each contraction of the pelvic floor muscle. The Hot Wrap keeps the penis tissue elastic and thus more susceptible to the stretch effects.

Tutorial
penis length exerciseBring penis to the suggested erection level.
Apply a hot wrap to shaft.
Retract (fore)skin and grasp penis behind the glans.
Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached.
While holding the stretch, Kegel by tightly clenching the PC muscle. Hold for the suggested rep time.
Slowly release the PC muscle while holding the stretch. Repeat from Step 5 until reaching the suggested number of reps. Alternate hands between sets.
